Is not a dance class but a revolutionary total body high intensity workout where every move is synced to a beat.   Challenge power, strength, mobility and speed with a combination of body weight, cardio and plyometric training moves.

HIIT Power & Strength

Sweat it out! The perfect combination of cardio and the latest strength training exercises to give you a full body workout. Get your heart rate pumping, increase strength with body weight exercises and burn calories all day long! Suitable for all fitness levels.

Dynamic Pilates

Learn how your body moves with this Pilates based workout using props on the mat, focusing on core strength, flexibility and total body conditioning. Fused with the perfect mix of barre, yoga and body sculpting exercises you will be introduced to muscles you didn’t know you had! Suitable for all fitness levels.

BOX-FIT

A powerful combination of Boxing and Pilates. A total body workout fused with cardio and strength training to build muscular endurance.

Pilates Form

Bringin' it back to basics. A total body workout with a strong emphasis on technique. This slower paced session will improve coordination, flexibility and posture.
